is a group of Home-Educating families based in the South supporting home educating and home schooling parents. Following Steiner principles, we employ highly qualified tutors and coaches in a wide range of subjects. Starting out ten years ago in a cottage living room with three families, we were working for the good of our children, to offer something more than we felt they could get at school, which would cater for their individual needs.
We are very pleased to announce that we have moved to The Lodge Hill Center at Coldwaltham. See more about this here.
After a few years of simply reacting to what we noticed our children were ready for, we realised that we had to get proactive, stay a few steps ahead of where our children were heading and be ready for the next level when they needed it. So we set up term times, a timetable and more teachers to facilitate our children’s passion for their chosen subjects and to support parents undertaking home learning and home schooling.
At the present time we cover sessions from Kinder (2−6 yrs), through to Cambridge iGCSE (14−16 yrs ish) — our latest undertaking for our older children. We are looking for like-minded families to join us in filling our sessions and moving forward into the future with us while home schooling. Some of the sessions we offer include English Lit, Lang and Poetry, French, Spanish, Maths, Early Science, Chemistry, Physics and Biology, History, Geography, Archaeology, Music (instrumental, voice and theory), Choir, Drama, Art, Film School, PE Games, Gymnastics, Dance, Tennis, Forest School,Woodworking, Handwork, Cookery and more. You can look at our current timetable to support home education here or view and print in PDF format. If this is for you, we would love to hear from you.
We provide a taster service so you can , with very little obligation, come and see how Etudeo can support you in the education and development of your child. You buy two tasters — taken on consecutive weeks, in as many or as few subjects as your child or children would like to try and decide at the end of the two weeks whether you would like to book a place , buy further tasters in that subject, or try a taster in something else.
Should you decide to book a place on a particular course, you simply book your child a place in the session and pay for the remainder of the block (usually another two weeks).
